For a roof repair, the homeowner or property owner must be present during the appointment. Wayne will take measurements inside the property and inspect your roof to determine the best solutions for your needs.
For a reroof, the homeowner or property owner does not need to be present. Wayne can inspect the property from outside and will build an estimate from that information.
